					<description>I think it's not only dump, it's also very dangerous. Imagine you're driving with high speed and suddenly you've come to see this on front of you, what you would do is to maneuver around it,with the high speed, this can result in you colliding with the car next to you.</description>

The best solution for cars to slow donw: cameras in the streets, wow these bring a lot of money to any town</description>

even if you know that this hamper is fake
at high speed your brain wont be able to process everything so it will force you to slow down when you get approach to it


and It will work if they don't put them everywhere where your brain get practice that these are fake and plz push more gas


They should put real ones between the fake ones...
but don't say that you live next to the hamper (that's different)</description>
