Kids and family should be raised in good environment away from pollution and noise. You could buy or build a decent house in the countryside and the cost will be below 60K JD. Living in rural area is not bad option but it has got more advantages for a young family to face this increase of house prices. If part of construction procjects move out of amman i think that will make other areas more attarctive for living. I do not understand why do you like to live in Amman.
