Witch a la 2008

Well. For real. In 2008. A Saudi woman convicted of witchcraft. SERIOUSLY. I don’t know whether to laugh or sob.

More on The Black Iris.

If that women came from rich family ,she would not even step one foot in the police station but if you are member of rich family and embezzle billion of dollars you will be set free and awarded .

I guess those Saudi men take their potency problems pretty seriously. If Viagra doesn’t work, it MUST be witchcraft.

I am not going to comment on the story because the king will interfere and reduce the sentence. My point is some people have problem with certain regime ( thet are from different religion or had bad experience living there), they wait for an unusual story occurred there to lash or make fun of them. To kill women because she is a witch- I condemned that- it is nothing to other stories in our country or other countries. I mean that these things are in every place in the world. We should not be so picky when we discuss general matter

Believe me Ahmad, no “pickiness” involved, but stories from Saudi Arabia are just plain dark aged!

By the way, the king interference to reduce a stupid sentence like that does not solve the problem, it shouldn’t be that way in the first place.

I’m not going to comment on the “different religion” part.
