It took a little while to get used to the way people drive...no seat belts was the worst part, i rememeber when i first got there i took a cab...my immediate reaction upon entering the car was to put on the seatbelt and the driver looked at me funny, and he said something along the lines of me not trusting his driving... The great majority of people there have no sense of road regulations what-so-ever...but then again, I'm not sure there are traffic/road rules and regulations to begin with. It's bizarre.
