My work used to be in 3abdali, and since I'm a resident of shemesani myself as well, I had to go through those 3 traffic lights of hell :D just the other way around(coming from the 7-11 side going to abdali)

then my little sister whined and started taking the car to uni, luckily my work moved to rabieh and now I just cut the street and I'm there -,-

roba do you ever take the U turn before fourth circle and then take the right that leads to centro, then from there to wadi saqra( from the end of my parents street, do you remember where that is? )? I find this saves up on so much traffic.

Funny enough, i was on my friends facebook and saw this:

http://sfu.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2253141890

But yea...I remember when I was in Jordan...it was crazy! It took a little while to get used to the way people drive...no seat belts was the worst part, i rememeber when i first got there i took a cab...my immediate reaction upon entering the car was to put on the seatbelt and the driver looked at me funny, and he said something along the lines of me not trusting his driving...

Getting behind the wheel in Amman IS suicidal in itself... The great majority of people there have no sense of road regulations what-so-ever...but then again, I'm not sure there are traffic/road rules and regulations to begin with. It's bizarre.
