You bring to my mind and heart memories of my own teta. The photos are beautiful, and tell of a rich warm life…

The Anti-spam word was home. And how relevant I found it to be
I miss the only teta I got to see. So I didn’t feel this experience of going to Dar Teta or Seedo.
Inshallah my children will enjoy it and grow up to talk about it

One day, we will be like your teta and stop for moment asking if we have achieved our dreams. In this stage of life people think and some of them are scared about next life.
I like pictures because they tell story for a human being.
May Allah bless your teta

yeah! dima this is exactly what i was about to say!
all grandma’s houses are alike! :D
you find the old, old photos, particulary the wedding one where all people look so elegant and cool like they just jumped out of a 60’s egyptian movie. And there are always some paper with numbers in BIG font, representing the contact of her sons and daughters, possibly the neighbors and certain serrvices provider (7aris il 3amara should be on the top of the list) and of course the clock and the phone, both having gigantic numbers, and the enormous Quran. and the load of photoes in the bedroom mirror, and a bunch of used-to-be fancy perfumes right infront of the miror, perfumes that are rarely ever used anymore.
i am grandma’s favorite grandson, she spoils me when i visit her :D

the living-room picture with the uneven “abajor” shutters and the seventies furniture…
it’s all coming back soon.
