Kite Running
I love how there are so many kites filling the horizon in the summer, and today, jealous of all the kids, we went to fly a kite, and I’ve never flown a kite before in my life. Not that I haven’t tried, I just always failed dramatically. Today though, my friend took the lead and flew it for around 5 minutes, then I decided it was my turn, and typically crashed it into a palm tree, where I suppose it remains wedged into till this second. Poor kite.
I guess I still can say I’ve never flown a kite in my life.
On an unrelated note, The Kite Runner was one of the worst books I’ve EVER read.

The last time I flew a kite was…I can’t even remember. And it wasn’t very successful (not much wind in Abu Dhabi). I guess that explains why I can’t remember it…
Speaking of kites…Hows about adding a couple to your banner? And while you’re at it, nix the leaves and add a sweltering hot sun…It’s summertime, baybay!
