Instead they either do a really bad job at raising them, aw bil marra they let the streets raise their children. When people don't fear accountability, more than likely they are willing to do what they please, even if it impinges on other people. fa its no wonder when a guy decides to take a 'moose' to someone's face. Also, there is a lack in the sense of brotherhood and love and respect. These things are essential for a healthy society. I came across this by the way. wow some things never change.
