LooooooooL … i encountered words like these all the time …

you wont find anything closer than “7aqeebet el nawm” as lame as it may seem …

u can say “farshet nawm be sa77ab” :) aw “Sareer arde motanaqel” but ppl wont see ur point … so stick with 7aqeebet nawm or kees nawm as Saudi said …

    you can say:

    حقيبة نوم للمخيمات

and it is better to have a picture of it and explain what that is to make it clear

Why do you want that Roba are you going to camp :)

another idea is to gather all expressions suggested by all of us and try them, if one fails with whom you speak, move to the other :)

هظيك الشغلة الطقع إلي لما تسهر برا بتظب حالك فيها و بتنام أحسن ما تموت من الصقعة

I liked Khalid Jarra’s, غطاء النوم الخاص بالتخييم
The “Kees” thing does not sound right

I think Safeway or Carrefour got one of those and I’m sure they have some Arabic translation they “might” help if you are lucky to have some smart one there (just drive there, check it out and grab some cheez it o bebsi).
