Scary Picture :P
You must have missed out: there is a 100% chance that I am time logging

On productivity thou, what works best for me I will call "Super Fast Task Switching " I should TM that, of course to layman observer this will appear to be the far inferior multi tasking (that is why men can't do it ;) )

The allows you still be working on up three tasks at any given moment as long as you do not have more than one of:
- A mental task
- A physical task
- An autopilot task

Thou SFTS or multi tasking for me personally if had to only work on something mundane (most things in my book) for any length of time without having something else to keep me sane, I will either kill my self or someone else! now that can hardly be good for long term productivity

I live in a one bedroom apartment, i have slept on the couch every single night since i moved in. If im on the computer, there is a 100 percent chance that i am watching TV. I never bothered to even buy a kitchen table so I eat doing that too. as long as im online im either reading news, articles, blogs, email, and there is a 99% chance im talking to someone over messenger.
I always try to stop but i cant this junk is addicting and its just a way of life. and compared to you, im pretty new to computers. I got my first computer in 2000 or 2001 I think. I have read articles that say that multi-tasking, especially for guys, makes them stupider. its makes the brain less and less functional. but I can't stop.
