6 for ‘06

I know it’s too early for reflective posts on 2006, but Ora tagged me and I cannot refuse her first tag, so here we go. The tag asks to list things “you did for the first time in 2006″, and although my full list is overflowing with things I never thought I would do as well as things I always wanted to do, I decided to pick 6 with specific memories off the list and share them, so here goes :)

  • Smelled the streets of Paris at night

  • Discovered the meaning of chemistry
  • Walked through Beirut’s Champs Elysee
  • Climbed down a waterfall
  • Got an unignorable impulse to ride a bike (after which I pulled over, stopped a random kid in the street, and asked for a laffeh, to which he actually agreed. No links here, sorry!)
  • Napped in almost every place I could nap in in my last year as a student in Jordan University: a class that was in procession, in the parking lot of Karaj Il Oloom, and on the bleachers at the “Sports Complex” (once the Sports Faculty).

Tagging: Reflect Upon, Kloude, and Tall in Jordan.

Happy to see Paris is #1 in the list… even if I am not sure to be proud of my country being reknown for the smell ;)
